Ingredients: Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 40%, cream (cow’s milk cream), extra virgin olive oil, water, corn starch, minced Bianchetti truffles (Tuber albidum Pico) 3%, onion, white wine, salt, minced white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) 1%, whey, flavourings, vegetable fibre, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, acidity regulator: lactic acid, black pepper.
