They are available throughout the year in various types, in relation to the different periods of harvesting, black, white, summer and bianchetti truffles are distinguished by their unmistakable flavors and fragrances, typical of every species and so different from each other to allow the creation of unique dishes. How to use: carefully washed, it is advisable to make slivers with the truffle slicer directly on the plate. Refer to the "The recipes" section for details.
